Why Europeans continue to travel, despite the inflation caused by the Euro

Europeans continue to travel because in reality their not really traveling! Yes indeed country’s like Spain, Italy, Greece and Portugal have suffered from the inflation caused by the Euro. but guess what people it really doesn’t matter because the number one tourists destinations in Europe are Greece, Spain and Italy.

The inflation of the Euro has not effected country’s like Germany, Holland, Switzerland and the Scandinavians Which ironically happen to vacation in Greece, Spain and Italy!

Now let’s take the Europeans mentality into consideration, these people wait eleven months a year so they can island hop in Greece for a month.the Euro plays no effect when the average tourist from Germany can stay a week at a hotel on a Greek island at the same price that it would cost to stay at the Marriott in Orlando fl for one night!

Let’s get more technical about it, the English monetarily do not qualify as Europeans, it costs them the same weather their flying to Italy or to New York!

The only thing the inflation of the Euro has done is make it more difficult for us Americans to travel to Europe! In all honesty Europeans continue to travel because most holiday destinations are practically at their feet. I could live in Madrid and decide I want to fly to Paris for the weekend which is exactly one hour away and it would cost me the same as driving from Orlando to Miami for the weekend and staying at the Hilton!

Technically speaking of course, Europeans have one foot in the sand when it comes to traveling!
